These Terms govern WhoPushedThis, directory submissions, automatically generated intelligence profiles, listing claims, corrections and featured placements.

Listings

Listings may be submitted by vendors, users or site operators. We may review, format, reject, suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, duplicated or no longer useful. A listing is not an endorsement or guarantee.

Care signals

Care signals reflect supplied evidence or declarations such as a recent changelog, security page, status page, data export, self-serve cancellation or public pricing. Sources can change. Buyers should verify current product information before relying on it.

Intelligence index

Buyer questions and machine-readable product profiles can be generated automatically from submitted claims and public URLs. These answers are informational summaries, not certification. A paid Intelligence Index Submission expands generation and periodic inspection; it does not buy a recommendation, ranking advantage, specific traffic outcome or permanent index inclusion. Vendors may request corrections if generated material is inaccurate.

Featured placement

Vendors may buy clearly marked featured visibility. Payment does not buy a care signal, editorial approval, positive review or guaranteed search match. Placement starts only after payment is confirmed and the listing is approved.

Submissions, claims and corrections

You must have the right to submit the information you provide. Listing claims are reviewed and do not transfer ownership of a product, domain or trademark. Do not submit confidential information, malware, deceptive links, impersonation material, unlawful content or material that infringes third-party rights. Claims and correction requests may be accepted, rejected or held for further review.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, filters, rankings and directory rules. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent indexing.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhoPushedThis is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
